I can see this organization will become more productive and effective someday. With the help of SAPI system, there will be no impossible things that the company cannot do. By teaching the people of the company on how to deal correctly with the system, we can really go beyond the limit. We can’t deny the fact that not all of us here in the company have enough knowledge about computers specially the system, but once the system will be learned enough, anyone can then be more effective on his work. With this system, we can achieve the organization’s goals and it can help us also lessen the cost of every production we will be making. The system can provide us one common database which can give all of the company’s employer’s common data they wanted to know. That could be more reliable and effective way of sharing information among the members. With the help of the SAPI, we can utilize the resources that we have and produce the right amount of products which is time, effort and money saving. Having the system could not mean that we have to take away some of the people because we need each individual who are in this company, we need to work hand in hand to achieve our goals and also to help the lives of people who are working here even though works would be minimized. After all, it will be the company who will be benefiting. It would be an edge to other companies which do not have the system. By really putting this into action, we can compete more globally for we will become more effective and more productive.
